An eagle suddenly jumped out to catch the chicks but was given “a lesson of a lifetime”.
The eagle suddenly dove to the ground to eat the chicks. However, the mother hen was quick to “counter-attack” in time to the threat of predators with her young.
He continuously attacked the eagle with consecutive pecks and kicks. The weak eagle was cornered by the mother hen into a “dead end” and had almost no chance of defending itself, “immobilized”.
The mother hen does this only to protect the chicks. When he realized that the eagle was no longer intending to attack, he let go of the predator and returned to continue caring for the young chicks.
