The stray puppies had to go through perhaps the most terrifying moment of their lives when they had to face a lion while waiting for their parents to return from hunting. The lion is the biggest enemy of this animal.
This raid was recorded by 22-year-old Jared Wolf in the Lion Sands reserve in Kruger National Park during a visit to the place with his family.
Very quickly, the lion took the life of his prey and two other lions also joined this “party”. Without the protection of the adults, the pack of wild dogs met a sad end.
